History

Desmond Millsaps while working at GuardOne Protection Services, one of the most sought-after corporate security agencies in the country. Desmond focused on Security Guard and Patrol Services. Desmond found that his focus and determination complimented his work ethic in surprising, and what turned out to be inseparable ways. Technology was changing the Service and vice versa. Having worked in various atmospheres, Desmond understood the level of professionalism requires long-term success. This made Desmond eager to cultivate his very own agency, one that would effectively intersect his expertise with his respective interest. Desmond believes that what secures the property and what makes a client’s business thrive is the expertise and knowledge of a team. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets Desmond apart.

Desmond Millsaps started his journey in 2017. Since then, he’s protected multiple successful artists like Waleed Coyote and DJ Luke Nasty along with a local church and jazz club, Grace Community Church and Boston House of Jazz as well as Club Lucky’s, and Precious Bangles Jewelry store.

From working at the prominent Guard One Protection Services to opening his own agency in 2020, Desmond has protected Commercial & Personal clients large and small for nearly 10 years. He made a storyline on Instagram in 2021 when he protected Boosie in Winston Salem, North Carolina during his tour and continues to provide the same dedication to all his clients. Practicing since the early 2020s, Desmond has hands-on experience with the proper security strategy and techniques that affect the venue and/or location. Staying ahead of the security guard and law’s frequent changes is Desmond’s sixth sense.
